Catalyst poisoning or blockage of pipelines, nozzles, and urea pumps can seriously affect exhaust gas purification, causing abnormal consumption of AdBlue®(Urea Liquid) and fuel, leading to ineffective speed limit of the truck, and in severe cases requiring maintenance or even replacement of parts.

Adding AdBlue®(Urea Liquid) with low purity for a long time is particularly prone to the above-mentioned post-processing failures.

Metal ions

Metal ions affect the conversion rate, and calcium, iron, copper, zinc, chromium, nickel, aluminum, and magnesium were not detected in the new blue urea solution.

 

Phosphate

Phosphate is one of the main culprits causing sedimentation and scaling in the post-treatment system. The phosphate content in the new blue urea solution is 0.2mg/kg, far lower than the national quality standard of 0.5mg/kg.

 

Insoluble substances

Insoluble substances can easily cause blockages in the post-treatment system pipelines and nozzles. The detection amount of insoluble substances in the new blue urea solution is 3.6mg/kg, which is significantly lower than the national standard quality standard of no more than 20mg/kg.

 

Aldehydes

Aldehydes can cause catalyst poisoning in the system, affecting its catalytic function. The detection amount of aldehydes in the new blue urea solution is 0.9mg/kg, which is significantly lower than the national quality standard of 5mg/kg.

 

Diuret

Diuret is an inducer of urea crystallization, with a detection rate of 0.2% (m/m) in the new blue urea solution, which is lower than the national standard of 0.3% (m/m), greatly improving the solution's ability to de crystallize and inhibit crystallization.
