Working Principle of Production Machine For AdBlue®
Raw water is firstly treated by RO reverse osmosis system to produce deionized purified water, which is the key raw material for qualified AdBlue® Purified water flows into the stainless steel mixing tank. Solid urea is added and fully stirred under controlled temperature to form homogeneous urea solution. The mixed liquid goes through multi-stage precision filtration to remove insoluble particles. After quality inspection, finished AdBlue® can be pumped to filling system for drum or IBC tank packaging. All these units form a complete AdBlue® production device for continuous DEF manufacturing.
