● Description of def production line:
DEF production line is the machine by mixing high purity urea and ultra-pure deionized water into a certain proportion to produce qualified urea solution. DEF production line adopts mature membrane treatment process, which is pure water equipment with reverse osmosis membrane and polishing resin as core parts, valves, piping, electrical automation system.
● Characters:
1. Different scale machine with daily capacity range from 1tons per hour to 10 tons per hour AUS32.
2. Supply design scheme according to customer's plant drawings, water and Electricity lines.
3. Engineers and translators will come to help customers install and debug until trial production is successful.
4. Provide customers with detailed instructions of production processes.
5. Remote monitoring of customer' production quality, supply machine maintenance manuals, video or on site maintenance.
● Design Basis:
The manufacturing process and materials of the imported equipment should comply with the standards or equivalent standards in the industrial law of the American Institute of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the ASTM (ASTM).
