Production Description:
This coolant antifreeze making machine mainly includes water treatment system (Reverce Osmosis), mixing tanks etc. First we need to get rid of the impurities in the raw water to guarantee the antifreeze quality. Second we use the mixing tanks(plastic,or stainless steel) to let the demineralized water mixed with antifreeze ingredients thoroughly. After blending and testing of the liquid mixture, we use the filling machine,semi-automatic or full automatic, to fill the antifreeze liquid into bottles or barrels, and then screw the caps, print the production date and pack in film or boxes. We have different solutions of the production lion to meet different customers’ specific requirements.
