1. Load the urea bag. Can be divided into two plans: if using a screw feeder, each time loading urea about 300KG. If the urea is charged by the worker, each time the urea is loaded about 32KG.
2. The pump is used to transport water from the demineralized storage tank to the stainless steel mixing tank. The demineralized water can be heated in the storage tank to heat the water until the specified temperature is reached. The heating system here is optional.
3. The weight of urea and demineralized water is measured by a weighing scale installed below the mixing tank.
4. Production of AUS32 begins by combining demineralized water with urea.
5. Simulate eddy currents in the mixing tank to create the appropriate conditions for urea loading.
6. After completing this phase, the system will be ready to transferAUS32 to the external tank based on the quality requirements of the final product. The pump is used for transfer by two-stage filtration.
7. The whole system adopts PLC processing, which can effectively protect the opening and closing of the door.
